Home Heat Customers

It’s never been easier to become a customer with our Secure Online Credit Application, specifically designed for home heat customers.

Complete the form and submit your information through our secure process. You will receive an immediate confirmation email that we received your application. We typically process your application the next business day.

Our Credit Department will process your application and notify you once results are determined. Email is not secure, so don’t transmit personal credit information via email.

Refer a Friend

As a propane customer, you can receive free propane when you refer a neighbor or friend to Co-Alliance for propane service. If your referral signs up for Keep Full propane service, we will credit your account with 50 free gallons of propane!

Recent headlines have touted a national propane shortage, and while we’re not a national company, we have the buying ability and reserves to make sure you have the propane you need. With nearly a century of service, Co-Alliance takes care of its customers. When you lock in a propane plan, we will work to provide every gallon we’ve promised. You will have it no matter what!

Safety: Our Number One Priority.

If you smell gas, don’t light an appliance! Turn off gas to the appliance, have everyone leave the residence and call Co-Alliance from another location.

At Co-Alliance Propane, we make significant investments in programs and equipment to ensure the safety of our customers.

We provide free safety checks on a regular basis, and whenever you have a change to your service – such as a new appliance – we complete a new safety check. We keep our equipment updated. If you own your equipment then it must meet our safety standards, or we won’t fill the tank.

We invest in our people to provide them the training necessary to know what to look for at every propane site.

When is a safety check required?

  • New installations.
  • New customers with existing tanks.
  • When a tank runs out of fuel. We will not fill an empty tank unless we do a leak check.
  • When a new appliance is added.
