We’d like to hear from you!
When you consider Co-Alliance for your career path, you’ll discover why we’re just the right fit for so many people.
We’re a large company with a hometown feel. We’re in four states and our size offers you room to grow in your position, but you’ll never feel like you’re lost in a corporate machine.
We’re part of rural America but close to the city. You won’t have to move to find a rewarding position if you don’t want to. If you prefer the city, you’ll be in good company as many employees commute against the traffic to one of our locations.
Some of us grew up on the farm but not everyone. We are a farmer-owned cooperative, but we don’t all come from the farm. That said, everyone who works here has the highest respect for farming and the rural way of life.
When you are part of the Co-Alliance team, you have the opportunity to make a difference in the company, and together, as a cooperative, we make a difference in the world.
Seasonal positions are great opportunities for those needing a quick supplement to their income, or curious about working in the industry. Mainly in the divisions Agronomy and Grain, seasonal opportunities include CDL drivers, soil samplers and general labor positions.
If you’re looking for something a little more long-term than seasonal work That’s where our part-time positions come in. Part-time employees often find themselves joining Co-Alliance full-time as the positions become available. Part-time opportunities include Applicators, CDL drivers, and more.
For those looking for a career with Co-Alliance, we have full-time opportunities across all our divisions. Whether you’re a fresh graduate looking for a start, or an experienced veteran of the industry, we’re always looking for passionate people to join our team. Branch managers, applicators, and herdsmen are just a few of the full-time opportunities you’ll find with us.
Every year, Co-Alliance hires around 30 field scouts, and we offer specialized internships to students interested in experiencing one of the four Co-Alliance divisions. These positions are available in the summer months when school is out.
The field scout position is a starting step that allows you to get into the business and learn agronomy skills. Typically, scouts do have some ag background, either through coursework or their experience on the farm, but true ag experience isn’t a requirement. This position isn’t for someone wanting to be at a desk all day. You’ll typically be in the field day in and day out playing a key role in our precision agronomy services.
Our Solutions Scholarship Program is designed to benefit college-bound high school seniors who are the children and grandchildren of our local cooperative members and who intend to study agriculture.
