To our valued customers,

At Co-Alliance, we know how important it is to have a trusted partner as you navigate these uncertain times, and we are committed to providing the highest level of service possible throughout the entire season. As state guidelines continue to evolve, we are adjusting our approach to meetings and interactions between our team members and customers to ensure a safe environment when you choose to do business with Co-Alliance. As a farmer-owned agricultural and energy cooperative, the health and well-being of our team, their families, and our customers is our highest priority. As such, we have made the following changes to our COVID-19 Response Plan.

  • Customer Interactions: To limit the risk of community spread and keep our team healthy and ready to serve our customers, our locations remain open for business but are restricted to Co-Alliance team members only. New Covid-19 protocols include conducting most business by phone, email or text. We are focused on the job at hand and on providing the highest level of support with the least amount of disruption.

  • Essential Business Services: The shipment and delivery of products to and from our facilities is essential. We will continue to work with each customer to determine how they would like us to execute product delivery. Our team can easily scan and email any important documents directly to you. Our customer portal, DataOnTouch, allows for online bill viewing and payment for those who would prefer to operate from their home. We are offering DataOnTouch free to all customers during this season. Check with your local branch for more details or visit getdatatouch.com to sign up.

  • Supply Channel Updates: We continue to maintain high levels of our supply and inventory needs. As the transition into summer begins, we’ve encouraged our sales staff to work with you directly to anticipate your in-season needs and to ensure we can provide them.

Our team is eager to support you with both short- and long-term solutions in this new environment. We are ready to help you get the job done, as safely as possible.

Thank you for your patience and trust as we persevere through this together.
