We've got your back. Now it’s your turn to tell us who's had yours! Whether it be a 4-H club leader, extension agent, barn supervisor, or project mentor- we want to hear about that special person in your county. Co-Alliance wants to give back to these dedicated 4-H volunteers this fair season and give them a pat on the back for their impact and efforts in organizing, teaching and encouraging youth. The nominated community member will win the ultimate survival pack to ensure they have a successful county fair.
1. Create a horizontal 1-minute video on your phone, computer, iPad, etc .
2. Start the video by telling us your name, county, and state.
3. Answer one of the following questions:
Who is eligible to nominate? 4-H members, 4-H alumni, or 4-H Families
Who is eligible to win? Volunteers actively involved in the 4-H organization
The nomination form and instructions can be found by clicking below. The contest will run all throughout the county fair season while supplies last.
We’ve Got Your Back is part of Co-Alliance's cooperative-wide initiative to support agriculture education and leadership. Co-Alliance gives back financially to 4-H and FFA programs, supports the youth by purchasing livestock at 4-H auctions, and supports ag education and leadership programs throughout our trade territory in Indiana, Ohio and Michigan. We also provide backtags and stall cards for county fairs and the Indiana State Fair along with sponsoring the Celebration of Champions event in September.
Co-Alliance has run the “We’ve Got Your Back” program for more than a decade throughout our territory, providing free backtags and stall cards to 4-H showmen. This has alleviated some of the expense county extension offices face when organizing a county fair.
