SEED is a two-year developmental program where recent FFA graduates are hired at Co-Alliance to explore the diversity of our business resulting in a rewarding and fulfilling career in agriculture and energy. Co-Alliance is a farmer owned cooperative delivering innovative solutions across Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan specializing in energy, agronomy, grain, and swine and animal nutrition.

SEED Program Overview

SEED: Securing Experience + Employee Development

The program allows the graduating FFA member to explore our business and learn what areas interest them the most as a full-time employee. SEED is a boots-on-the-ground learning experience for someone who would rather get to work, than sit in class.

Spend 4 months in each of our diversified businesses that will offer a full-circle view of our cooperative:

• Grain
• Energy
• Agronomy
• Swine & Animal Nutrition
• Corporate

Co-Alliance believes in continuing to invest in our employees, so this position will have all training and accreditations paid for.
