Mike Bradley learned at a very early age that you’ll get left in the dust if you don’t show up and aspire to outwork everyone else; he learned that from his mother. Mike didn’t grow up on a farm, but his childhood experiences and one very special man lead him there early in life.

Mike with his grandfather, the single greatest male influence on his life
Cultivated, a podcast delivered by Co-Alliance features Mike this month, and his story is one worth telling.
Mike is the Sales Manager for Co-Alliance's Energy team, working with our energy sales to ensure that supply is guaranteed for farms, businesses, schools, and construction companies so they stay fueled with premium products.
He’s been in the cooperative system since 2014 and has spent the duration of his time on the Energy team; his leadership position on that team didn’t come by chance. Mike is a motivator and an encourager because he understands firsthand the value of being the one coached.
Mike with his high school football coach, Richard Bryant
Mike’s life experiences aren’t typical of those who work in agriculture and energy. He didn’t grow up in the cab of a tractor or study agriculture in college.
He was handed a different path….and he ran with it. He is the product of an extremely strong single mother and is also the beneficiary of a handful of solid mentorships. This conversation demonstrates the power of connectivity and being an example to others.
Whether in his career or at home as a devoted husband and active father to three children, you can count on Mike to reflect on his upbringing to motivate him to do his absolute best for the people who count on him.

Family time at the horse track, the tradition continues
In this episode, Mike reveals how he overcame the odds thanks to his mentors at home, at the horse track, and on the football field.
Mike with his uncle who supported him like a son
His motivational story is one that will leave you encouraged to treat others with compassion, hustle, and to never, ever give up on yourself.
So, what do a letter to a three-year-old, a few fast horses and overcoming the odds have in common? They’re all part of Mike Bradley’s story that he reveals on our Cultivated podcast. We invite you to listen to Against the Odds with Mike Bradley
