To our valued customers,

As a farmer-owned agricultural and energy cooperative, the health and well-being of our team, their families, and our customers is our highest priority. At Co-Alliance, we know how important it is to have a trusted partner as you navigate these uncertain times, and we are committed to providing you the highest level of service possible as we head into the spring months. Certainly, this is a rapidly changing situation, but at this point I’d like you to know the steps we have taken to ensure a safe environment when you choose to do business with Co-Alliance.

  • Customer Interactions. To help limit the risk of community spread and keep our team healthy and ready to service our customers, our locations remain open for business but are operating under new Covid-19 protocols which include conducting business by phone, email or text. We are focused on the job at hand and on providing the highest level of support with the least amount of disruption.
  • Essential Business Services: The shipment and delivery of products to and from our facilities is essential. We will work with each customer to determine how they would like us to execute product delivery. Our team can easily scan and email any important documents directly to you. Our customer portal, DataOnTouch, allows for online bill viewing and payment, for those who would prefer to operate from their home.
  • Supply Channel Updates: We continue to keep a close eye on our supply and inventory needs. This is a rapidly changing situation, and the potential for a supply interruption potentially exists. Customers are encouraged to receive their product needs for this spring now from our agronomy locations, so we can begin receiving our later spring and early summer inventory.  We’ve encouraged our sales staff to work with each customer individually to anticipate your in-season needs and ensure we can provide them.

Our team is eager for the spring season.  Product is stocked and plans are made.  We are ready to help you get the job done, as safely as possible.

Thank you for your patience and trust as we work through this together.
